It can work if you … It can work if you consider that time is an illusion. Time is an invention of man. It really does not exist but in our minds. Therefore, everything exists now. Perhaps a hard concept to accept. You cannot change the past not predict the future. Consider that you cannot affect change of anything but the present moment.

I don’t understand … I don’t understand how a recording can work. Clearly you’re not focusing on us at all when we watch it. Perhaps this is more about convincing yourself that you’re healing.
