The heart chakra is the 4th chakra of the 7. It is in between and balances. Whenever there is deficiency/excessiveness anywhere, the heart chakra suffers. Heart chakra is a chakra of love and being loved.
Does that mean that love is our true nature?
It is our true nature, but suffering is an illusion, because love is our true nature.

i think the chakra that affects all others is the root, since it is our base. If this one is healthy then it provides the foundation for the lower belly chakra, then the upper belly, heart, throat, third eye, and finally the crown. If there is a problem in a lower chakra, it affects the ones above it.

The Heart Chakra is no more inportant than the others as they are part of a holistic system.
But via the heart chakra you can join your earth & spiritual energies, & it is from this centre that we have the ability to feel true unconditional love for our fellow humans.
